Sports and well-being have always been a huge part of George’s personal and professional life, juggling a variety of sports - soccer, squash and running to name a few - from an early age and at a competitive level. It was only natural that his curiosity about the functionality of the human body, and its healing processes, led him to seek education and training in his respective fields.

In addition to his degree in kinesiology, George obtained certificates in personal training and coaching for youth soccer, and became a trusted and dedicated member of his community sport teams. When he moved to Toronto, he decided to continue his academic journey and graduated with a massage therapy diploma from Medix College, Toronto. In his training, he learned a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial massage, joint mobilization, hydrotherapy and acupuncture.

Hundreds of hours of clinic practice paired with George’s kinesiology and training background allows him to incorporate a variety of approaches for individually tailored, goal-based treatment plans.
