Dr. Adrian Pena

Dr. Adrian Pena graduated from York University with a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology & Health Sciences and later from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

Dr. Pena is an evidence-based practitioner who combines myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, mobilizations, and gentle, specific adjustments to promote optimal nervous system function and performance. He believes that every patient is unique and therefore requires individualized interventions and specialized treatment plans.

Dr. Pena also utilizes the DRX9000 spinal decompression system, which is used to help reduce pain and slow degenerative changes associated with spinal stenosis, bulging or herniated discs, and disc degeneration. Conditions commonly treated include headaches, sciatica, loss of strength, and numbness or tingling in the arms, hands, legs, and feet. The DRX9000 is a painless therapy that helps restore movement.

A former Canadian National Team soccer player and Division I scholarship athlete, Dr. Pena now treats many professional soccer players competing in top European leagues and Major League Soccer. He also works with numerous NCAA and U SPORTS (formerly CIS) Division I scholarship athletes.
